Our Vivid History
Founded in 1947, Spartan Showcase has earned a reputation for high quality display cases in both the bakery and retail markets. Spartan Showcase, formerly a division of the Lozier corporation, was purchased by Prock Operations in 2017 to further Prock’s vision of a “one stop shop” for store fixtures and equipment. Spartan’s 200,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing facilities are located in St. James and Cuba, Missouri.
