Founded in 1947, Spartan Showcase has earned a reputation for high quality display cases in both the bakery and retail markets. Spartan Showcase, formerly a division of the Lozier corporation, was purchased by Prock Operations in 2017 to further Prock’s vision of a “one stop shop” for store fixtures and equipment. Spartan’s 200,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing facilities are located in St. James and Cuba, Missouri.
Prock Operations, Inc. was founded by Dennis Prock in 1986. The first division, For Your Convenience™, started out of Prock’s basement, but quickly grew into a bustling cabinet shop. Since then, Prock Operations has experienced impressive growth and added multiple divisions to provide their customers with custom solutions for their business needs.
